Good Old Habit (G.O.H.) are a Dutch punk band formed in Amsterdam in 1997 by singer Rik (also known as Ruk). Band members Ruk, Alien, Philthy and Motör are (former) members of other punk bands such as Brezhnev, Union Morbide and De Kale Mannen. Perfect for a pre Christmas knees-up!
BEP-The National Pop Institute described BEP as an "Amsterdam power trio that produces tight noise, punk pop, and (jazz) rock in the tradition of bands like NoMeansNo, Victims Family, and Firehose." That's a lot to ive up to- come along, you be the judge!
